"We took our 18 month old Golden retriever here today, for the first time, to have a booster and heath check, and we're so pleased we did. The Vet, Paul Thomas, practice owner, was so lovely to Bear and took plenty of time exploring him then explaining a few things to us and it felt like we have (at last) found a lovely practice where Bear will be taken care of, especially should he ever really need it. The waiting room and surgery was clean, all the staff were lovely and Paul put us at ease by saying that there are 2 other vets there, told us a bit about each and said they all communicate to each other regarding their patients, so nothing like the place we'd taken him to previously, locally. Its difficult to find a nice place for our pets, especially when from out of the area but I'd highly recommend. It felt like the trusted vets I took my previous beloved retriever to for 14 years, 60 miles away. Genuine thanks."
